The room was absolutely dyeing with mold, a true health hazard. the toilet got clogged and was fixed with a broom—how fancy! And I thought a little welcome gift would have been nice, but apparently being a guest meant nothing here. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

The entire experience was unsettling from the start. The check-in process was ridiculous as we had to navigate through a sketchy area to find someone who led us to the actual apartment, which was beyond frustrating. The lack of basic kitchenware was infuriating. with only one pot and one pan, cooking was a hassle. The overall layout of the place made it seem like the owners were just trying to cut costs instead of providing a pleasant stay.

Positive, I stayed for 1 night in an Apartment with Balcony. The location was perfect, just 10 minutes from the main square. Elsa helped with parking and let us store our stuff after checkout. The apartment was fully equipped – a fridge, air conditioning, and towels were all provided. Highly recommend! 😊

I had a lovely stay at Neo Apartments! The hosts were incredibly hospitable, meeting me at a nearby location to guide me to my apartment. The room was clean and the location was just a short walk to vibrant local cafes and shops.

The apartment's location was great for our family, just a short walk to the National Theatre and Clock Tower. The space itself was comfortable for our stay, especially with four children to keep entertained. We enjoyed the layout and the nearby cafes.

In my wife’s opinion, the check-in experience was frustrating for our family.

I had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided all the information I needed to get around. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from local cafés and shops. the room got quite hot during the night since the air conditioning didn't work well.

It was just a commendable fit for a quick layover in Tirana with value for money. The area is bustling with local life, which made it interesting to explore. Bring a local SIM to navigate better.
